HYTLANTIC is a Special Purpose Vehicle that was incorporated to better manage the high complexity and capital-intensiverequirements of the GH2A Project, aiming to ensure a successful and realisticimplementation of the Project, facilitating its governance, financing and technical management.
HYTLANTIC will serve as the dedicated legal and financial structure through which the Project will be developed, financed, andoperated ensuring transparency and accountability in tracking project-specific performance for investors and stakeholders. HYTLANTIC shareholders are EDP,GALP, Bondalti, Martifer and Vestas Wind Systems A/S.
